3. Permanent Jewelry Disclaimer

Permanent jewelry is:
· A custom-fitted, clasp-free piece welded into place
· Intended for long-term wear but not guaranteed to last indefinitely
· Subject to wear based on lifestyle, activity, and care.

By purchasing orreceiving permanent jewelry services, you acknowledge.

· You are voluntarily choosing a welded jewelry experience
· You understand removal may require cutting the chain
· You accept all risks associated with wear, including breakage or damage

4. Medical & Safety Acknowledgment

Permanent jewelry is considered safe when properly applied; however:

· You are responsible for notifying us of any medical conditions,allergies, or sensitivities
· Jewelry may need to be removed for medical procedures such as MRIs orsurgeries
· Borderless Brilliance offers removal and re-welding within one year formedical-related removal

· Payment must be completed at checkout or prior to services rendered
· By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method

6. Shipping & Delivery

· Orders are processed within a reasonable timeframe

7. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature ofour products:

· All permanent jewelry sales are final
· Fine jewelry returns or exchanges may be evaluated on a case-by-casebasis
· Items must be unused and in original condition if eligible

8. Appointment & Cancellation Policy

· A deposit may be required to secure permanent jewelry appointments
· Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours inadvance
· Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit

9. Repair & Inspection Policy

· Broken or damaged permanent jewelry must be brought in for inspectionwithin 60 days
· All repair requests are subject to evaluation
· Requests outside of this timeframe may incur fees or be declined
