3. Permanent Jewelry Terms

Permanent jewelry is a custom service. By booking or receiving this service,you acknowledge:

· Jewelry is custom-fitted and welded without a clasp
· Removal requires cutting the chain
· Longevity depends on lifestyle, care, and daily wear
· Breakage, stretching, or wear over time is normal and not considered a defect.

4. Appointments & Deposits

· A deposit is required to secure permanent jewelry appointments
· Deposits are non-refundable
· Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance
· Failure to provide proper notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

5. Repair & Inspection Policy

· Broken or damaged permanent jewelry must be brought in for inspection within 60 days
· All Repairs are subject to evaluation by Borderless Brilliance
· Repairs outside this timeframe may incur additional fees or may be declined.

6. Medical & Safety Disclaimer

· Clients must disclose any metal sensitivities or medical conditions prior to service
· Jewelry may need to be removed for medical procedures (e.g., MRIs, surgeries)
· Borderless Brilliance offers removal and re-welding services when applicable.

7. Pricing & Payments

· All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice
· Full payment is required at checkout or prior to services rendered
· We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

8. Shipping Policy

· Orders are processed within a reasonable timeframe
· Shipping times may vary based on carrier and location
· Borderless Brilliance is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packagesonce they are in transit.

· All permanent jewelry sales are final
· Fine jewelry returns or exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis
· Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition if eligible.
