At Borderless Brilliance, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you to ensure apersonalized and elevated experience.
• A deposit is required to secure all permanent jewelry appointments.
• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
• Any appointment not canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment if proper notice is provided within the 48-hour window.
We appreciate your understanding, as last-minute cancellations limit our ability to accommodateother clients.
Permanent Jewelry Repair & Inspection Policy
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our permanent jewelry and are committed toensuring your satisfaction.
• If your permanent jewelry becomes damaged or broken, it must be brought in for inspection within 60 days of the issue occurring.
• All repair requests are subject to evaluation by a Borderless Brilliance team member.
• Repairs or rewelding services may be approved, adjusted, or declined based on inspection findings.
• Requests submitted after the 60-day inspection window may be subject to repair fees or may not qualify for service.
Additional Care Commitment
• Permanent jewelry placed by Borderless Brilliance may be removed and re-welded (e.g., for medical procedures) in alignment with our service standards.
• Proper care and handling are essential to maintain the longevity of your piece.
